Founder Story Dr. Diya Mangharamani (PT)

From the very beginning of her physiotherapy journey, Dr. Diya Mangharamani felt deeply connected to the idea of helping people live pain-free and healthy lives. During her clinical work and ICU postings, she saw patients struggling not just with their physical conditions, but with fear, helplessness, and the belief that their body had “given up” on them.
What moved her most was seeing people rely on medicines for years while their real problems — lifestyle, posture, stress, and metabolic health — were left unaddressed.
She realised something powerful:
“People don’t need more medicines, they need more understanding, more guidance, and more personalised care.”
This thought became the turning point of her career.
